Payment

Payment must be made within 3 days upon confirmation of the purchase.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment is received and the item will then be mailed to you.

Mode of payment is through bank transfer.

Products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Cancellation or alterations of orders are not allowed after payment is received.

All prices include local mailing except for registered mail.

Register Mail: Please add SGD2.50 in additional to the normal mail fee.

Gifts Zone will not be responsible for any item lost in normal mail. Therefore, registered mail is highly recommended.
